Article 1: Name

The name of the club is "Konakadai Badminton Club（小中台バドミントンクラブ）" (here in after KBC).

NOTE: This does not apply to a "Logo and/or Name" on a team shirt.

 

Article 2: Place (venue) and Activity time

The main Place (venue) is the gymnasium of Chiba municipal elementary school, and general Activity time is from 12:00 – 15:00 on every Sunday.

 

Article 3: Purpose

The Purpose of KBC is to implement the activity relevant to badminton by the badminton players who loves badminton.

 

Article 4: Scope

This Management Terms and Conditions applies to the badminton players belonging to KBC specified in the Article 6 (here in after Club members) and to all Visitor(s) specified in Article 11.

 

Article 5: Contents of activity

KBC and Club members should perform the following activities;

1.  Participation to Chiba city citizens league (tournament) in Summer and Winter,

NOTE: Visitor(s) who has not been registered to other badminton club inside Chiba city has a right to participate in the tournament as the member of KBC. However, Club members still take priority. The registration fee should be paid by both Club members and Visitor(s).

   2.  Open and join in an after-activity party including general meeting in  summer and/or winter. 

 

Article 6: Organization

KBC is organized by the person who agreed with this Draft Management Terms and Conditions and join in the club activities voluntarily.

NOTE: The list of Club members is described in the Annex 1.

 

Article 7: Restrictions and duties to Club members
Club members are free from badminton activity at other club inside Chiba city, from registration to other badminton club outside Chiba city, and from participation in any badminton tournament and event conducted by other city or organization.

  CAUTION: Duplicate registration to other badminton club inside Chiba city is not strictly allowed. If duplicate registration was found, the member is get expelled, is changed to Visitor, or the handling of the member is discussed by the club executives.

  2.  Club members are expected to join in "gymnasium cleaning event" voluntarily.

  3.  Club members are expected to join in "drawing a line of badminton court" voluntarily.

 

Article 8: Composition of club executives

Number of club executives is as follows;

Representative: 1

Vice representative: 1

Accounting profession: 2

Homepage management: 1

NOTE: Composition of club executives is changed in a timely manner in accordance with Article 9.

 

Article 9: Election of club executives

Executives of KBC is elected at an after-activity party or individual meeting held by club executives, and the final decision is made by the agreement of majority of Club members.

 

Article 10: Term

Term of club executives is from April 1^st to March 31^st of the next year.

NOTE: Reappointment is automatically adopted unless any objection has occurred.

 

Article 11: Participation fee
  1.  Participation fee of KBC is as follows;

         Club members:   300 JPY

         Visitor:                500JPY
      NOTE1:  General condition to Visitor to be a Club members is as below;

• A Visitor, who has not been registered to any badminton club inside Chiba city,

• A Visitor, who has been joining in the KBC activity at least for 3 months and the 2 times/month (AVE),

• A Visitor, who was allowed to be a Club members by the club executives specified in Article 8.
  

      NOTE2: Selection of Club members is implemented by the club executives specified in Article 8.

      NOTE3: Participation fee is changed in a timely manner due to inflation of prices or other reason.

  2.  Proposal of Participation fee change is discussed in an after-activity party or in an individual meeting conducted by the executives, and is decided by the agreement of majority of Club members.

Article 12: Account year

   The Account year is from April 1^st to March 31^st of the next year.

 

Article 13: Accidental insurance

   KBC does not join in any Accidental insurance.

NOTE: Any injury or disease occurred during the activity must be treated with self-responsibility. KBC has no responsible for the correspondence. 

 

Article 14: Language 

The general language of KBC is Japanese. 

NOTE: Foreign Club members regardless the nationality needs to speak in Japanese.

 

Article 15: Detailed rules 

   Any other conditions which is not prescribed in this Draft Management Terms and Conditions is decided by the meeting held by Club members individually.

 

Additional rules: This Draft Management Terms and Conditions is set on September 01, 2015, and begins the operation immediately.
